Recently professionally framed by a gallery local to us here in Newark. They have used an acid-free mount and glazed with a UV-filter, anti-glare glass to preserve the document and enhance viewing. Frame looks like rustic / aged metal but is actually a composite material and weighs no more than an ordinary picture frame. At nearly 130-years old this has to be a rare survivor, and has now been made into a nice displayable piece that should now be around for many more years to come yet.

* Please note we can now offer a framing service for all notices / posters / paper items sold on Mid-Rail – please enquire if this is of interest *
